On these airguns they are a pump, which is embedded in the weapon which compresses the air in a bulb. Each time you pumping, we are increasing the pressure inside the valve and thus the speed of the pellet. This valve open when we pull the trigger and the air is transferred to the Chamber of bullet and reject. This is how it has no effect when the defusing of can air and therefore not a kick and the shots to be accurate.
