Product description
Lubricant, protection, creep oil and cleaning agent appropriate for occasional technically unavoidable contact to food, is NSF H1 registered (N° 136783 and N°137856).

Mode of working
A high-tech-product that does not become resinous and is produced from NSF H1 registered ingredients. It forms a homogeneous and very efficient lubricating film which displaces humidity and protects against corrosion. BRUNOX® Lubri-Food® has an excellent penetration that guarantees an excellent loosening effect, it can also be used for the removal of boiler scale and makes tightened parts movable.

Application area
All aspects of the food industry, from maintenance of production line equipment and food packaging machinery as well for agriculture, restaurant and hotel business. Can also be used by manufactures of food industry tools and equipment and machinery.

Object
To reduce friction and wear and therefore increases the life span of expensive food production equipment.

Application
Warning please ensure, that the electricity supply is disconnected before applying BRUNOX® Lubri-Food®.

Apply a light, even film and allow BRUNOX® Lubri-Food® to react.
Only apply as much BRUNOX® Lubri-Food® as it is absolutely necessary to obtain the desired technical result.
Wipe off excess with cloth.
BRUNOX® Lubri-Food® should contact food as little as possible despite its official NSF H1 registration.

BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® is sprayed on to metal surfaces, displaces water and provides protection against humidity and aggressive environmental influences such as acid atmospheres, chimney gas-steams etc.. By applying BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® an invisible, compact 1 – 2 my thick non-hardening anti-corrosive film is formed, providing reliable protection.
BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® can be removed without difficulty with cleaning materials (tensides).

Application and effect

Lubricant

BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® is a long-term lubricant based on a balanced mixture of hydrocarbons with the additive TURBOLINE.

Creep oil / Rust loosener

BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® is a multi-component lubricant which has an excellent penetration effect. Therefore it is capable of penetrating into finest hair-chaps and spaces and, for example, loosens tightened screws in a very short time. It loosens rust and frees sticky mechanisms.

Anti-corrosion

BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® guarantees complete corrosion protection and also conservation of hollow spaces. The hydrocarbon mixture which is responsible for this guarantees both a compact protection film and also the necessary film thickness which displaces any humidity. It forms a clear, invisible, non-hardening film which does not need to be removed in most cases. (Exception: painting). This film provides temporary protection against corrosion (approx. 6 months) and has a dirt repelling effect.

Cleaning agent

BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® penetrates and removes mineral and organic dirt so that spots of (almost) all kinds (e.g. tar, brake dust, adhesive residues etc.) can be easily wiped off. It neutralizes hand sweat and also protects aluminum, copper, brass, chromium plated and galvanized sheet metal and stainless steel.

Contact spray

BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® has a very low surface tension and a corresponding adhesion to metals so that leak currents will be prevented and humidity which has penetrated will immediately be displaced. It is suitable for the corrosion protection of electrical contacts in low-voltage engineering. Before spraying on electrical or electronic equipment, switch off the devices. The very high dielectric strength (UD=45KV/cm) also allows the application in connection with very sensitive (high-impedance) circuits. This property is particularly useful with electrical contacts and short circuits can be eliminated and prevented.
