RICHARD THE LIONHEART

Richard I the Lionheart (Oxford September 8, 1157 - April 6, 1199) was King of England and Duke of Aquitaine (1189 to 1199). Named Lionheart because of his courage on the battlefield. He was the third son and heir of King Henry II of England and Eleonora of Aquitaine, one of the leaders of the Third Crusade and one of the most famous monarchs of medieval Europe.
He was the favorite son of his mother Eleonora, from which he was named duke of Aquitaine (1168) and Count of Poitiers (1172). Was French, like all the Royal family, was trained as a French and wrote in French many poems and indifferent even to learn the English language. Characterized as the absent king, because of the 10 years he reigned in England, lived only six months on English soil, which use modern writers to strong criticism for the complete indifference of Richard to England. Abhorred England because of bad weather and shunned by all means be found in this, preferring to live in French territories. Felt French King of England, like all first royal dynasty Plantageneton.
Nevertheless remained in history as one of the most legendary English king and his fame reaches our days. BUILDING A

Once you enter in Aroniadika village, you should continue for 500 meters and you will find, on your left-hand, the big church of “Metamorphosis Tou Sotiros”. At that point you should turn left and after 150m you will meet, at your right, the group of 6 residences, before the church of “Agios Charalampos”. Leave your car at the parking of 280 M2, follow the central path of the plot and you will find the first residence, the building A, at your left.

Ιt is a two story-house built at the highest point of the plot with an amazing view. The ground-floor consists of a single-space used as kitchen, living room and dining room and a wc, which has a small storage place. In the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, a small corridor and a bathroom. The residence is surrounded by a terrace. At the left of the home, there is the warehouse, which has a surface of  9 M2, leaned on the building through an arch.

The residence is surrounded by a “smooth” space of 260M2 and is divided from the rest of the plot through a low wall built by stones.

Considering the story particularly important fact of his arrival in America in 1492, calls the historical period before his arrival before Columbus or pre-Columbian period.
